Am I using the correct INS Service Center address ?

Hi, yesterday I tried to mail my EAD application to INS Nebraska at
INS Service center,
PO Box 87765 , Lincoln, NE 68501-7765.

FedEx returned my package saying that they cannot deliver to PO boxes ..

Am I using the correct addr for EAD application (i got it off the I765 form) ? If yes then I think I should use a diff courier.

Only regular mails can deliver to PO Box not Fedex or UPS
