Check the visa bulletin every month (it comes out between the 10th and the 15th): http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_1770.html
Once you see that your number is below the one listed in the advanced notification section (or if it says "current" for your region), you can wait a few days and then call or email KCC about whether they have scheduled an interview for you. You NEED to check the bulletin because sometimes the second letters arrives really late.

waks ..you still have enough time to wait before you hear the second NL .Make sure you are updated with the visa bulletin every 15th day of a new month

You are not too late . My CN is higher than yours but still hopeful. Just a piece of advise ... please edit your case number replacing the last 3 digits with XXX . For security reasons It's not a good idea to display your full case number on the internet .
