Please post your case details if your case ND <= mine which is Nov 6th/2001.
I'm depressed and there's nothing I can do. I've sent many fax inquiries and nothing has changed on my case.

I think you will get approval within one month because you did 2nd FP. It is shown officer has touched your case.
Don't worry. So many cases are waiting to approve.
 
I485AndI824, How do you know that my case had been touched by an officer? I've called BCIS many times and received conflicting case status from IIO's. sometimes I'm told my case has been assigned and other times not. I came to realize that there's no point in talking to those dumb IIO's. BCIS or INS is very Unpredictable

Kashmir's last scan shows there are approx 100+ case still pending in WAC-02-032.
