Am I the only June filer left

I am getting no where. Friends with RDs in July got approved. I am sick and tired of waiting. Is there someone we can talk to rearding pending June cases . VSC # is always busy. Is there an e-mail/fax # etc. to reach supervisor or the center head.

Hang in there my friend. I understand your frustration. A 10/00 (Oct 2000) case got apporaval only recently. So, our cases will also come up eventually! The number of the VSC is on the receipt. You need to keep trying the number for at least 15-30 minutes. In any case here is the number : 802 527 4913

I am still waiting rd=6/25 nd=8/13 fp=11/29. God only knows the approval date
 
Did any of you talk to IIO

I tried but could not get through. Please share if you have spoken to IIO.

I am still waiting too.. Did I say "waiting"? LOL. Not really. I was "waiting" in March. Now I am checking the status once a week. Surely it will eventually come, but probably not before summer.
As to talking to IIO - how do you do that? I tried to dial that number ( same as AVM ) in the morning. Tried perhaps 50 times. It was always busy. So I never tried again. Did I do something wrong?:)
 
I talked to IIO two weeks back. She would not release any information like if case is assigned to a

know that my lawyer filed my I-140 for consular processing. Do not know how long my wait is going to be. Please check your I-140 if it is the same for you also like mine.

You may be dialing the right number. It is very difficult to get through that number during regular hours. But, you can not talk to an IIO if you call after business hours.

I guess we all have to wait longer to get through this.
 
Spoke to IIO

I spoke to an IIO some time last week to update my address. MY details are

RD 06/25/01 ND 08/17/01 and FP 12/01. RFE for employment letter received by VSC on 03/27. When I asked the IIO, how long it will take he told me 60 to 90 days more. As I also moved from VSC jurisdiction to another state that comes under NSC, there is a possibility of transfer too. I have already applied for EAD/AP extension.

So, with all that new security check thingy our spirit will be truly tested:). I expected most of remaining June filers to be approved before our 1 year anniversary..:) Now it probably sounds a bit overoptimistic. Hopefully we\'ll get it before July.. I do think that most of us will be approved in next 7 weeks. I though am a bit afraid that they will repeat what they did last year when they gave a priority to citizenship cases in last month before Independence Day.

Talked to IIO for the first time today. Hopefully for the last time too. As useless as expected. She said that VSC slowed down now ( I don\'t remember what she said about why), and that I should call if I don\'t hear from them for another 60 days.. LOL.. In 60 days they will perhaps already processing October..:)
