Till last week we were not getting and movement in our case but this week the message has changed that we have been sent a RFE. Don't know yet what its for cause we have not rcvd. it nor heard any word from the lawyer's office.

Friends could you please tell us if we will get a copy of the RFE or is it only sent to the lawyer's office ??

Hang in people we all will get lucky one day.
 
You are very close to approval as ur ND says 8/23 and VSC is currently processing from 8/15 onwards to later Sept cases.

Just hang in there and check AVM daily for your sweet approval message. All the best. :)

RFE is received by lawyer's office only and it takes 3-4 days to reach lawyer after AVM changes.

My RD IS July 30. ND 9/25. On August 20 They issued an RFE. Still waiting for it to arrive in the mail. It is past one yr since I applied for GC. And now the RFE.... What can I say...
