Am I subject to HRR

Hi,

Please advice me. Although it has been mentioned in my DS 2019 that I am subject to 212(e) according to Skilled catagory list, but I did not find my catagory in State Dept's list. So I may not be a subject.

So could you please help me where can I find the web address to ask for an advisory opinion from govt.

I believe once I saw this in this forum, but I tried but could not get.
