Guru's here is one to chew on. I have a approved I-140 and cannot file I-485 due to VISA retrogression as my PD is Feb 2004. My employer plans to move me from my current location to another. Now this posses more problems. I am on my 6th year. Moving to another location will cause problem as labor cert and everything else is for current location.
What do I do!!! Am I really stuck!!! Advice and opinions welcome.
