Am I stuck in Name Check

Hi,

My I-485 was filed on May/04/2007 with approved I-140, Receipt Date is May/11/2007 and Finger Print was done on June/06/2007.

Labor is EB2 May/2001


Am i stuck in Name Check ? How can i know what is the status of my case .

Nope, you are not stuck in anything. Your RD is 05/2007, while TSC is processing dates are 12/06. You are well withincurrently published processing times. Once your case is 30 days past published processing dates, which would take about 5 months, you can open SR or do infopass, and if the reason for delay is background checks, then your are stuck in NC.
