I am finishing up my Master's degree in June and have my OPT EAD approved already, and my company is filing for my H1, but I did have H1 petitions approved before my masters, and was working in the US from 2000 to 2003. Just wondering if I would still be considered under the 65000 H1-B cap, when I apply in May for eligibility from October 1, 2005, since I have already been counted once already for the cap in the last 6 years
