My father has been approved and has adjusted status already based on an I-140 EB3 petition. I am filing an adjustment of status petition based on the CSPA and am wondering if he's required to fill out an I-864 Affidavit of Support for me or are we exempt because this is a employment-preference case? I have the form printed and ready to mail to him but as I read it, it just doesnt seem like we're required to submit one per its instructions.
