My question is am I qualify EB1?

About my work:
Working as a project scientist in the department of medicine, University of California, Irvine, CA and veterans administration health care system, Long beach, CA. It is not a permanent position. It is more like a postdoc position.

My field is: biology/medicine. In particular Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).

Degrees: BS, MS, MPhil, PHD in biology. Diplomo in computer application
all from India
Post doctoral fellowship from The Henry M Jackson Foundation for the Advancement in Military Medicine, Rockville Pike, MD, USA. Worked at Naval Medical Reseaerch Center, Silver Spring, MD, USA

Please help me my qualification is good for EB1 or EB2. All suggetions are welcome.

It does not seem to me like you have a shot at passing EB1. You don't qualify for EB1-OR since it requires the job to be permanent (basically a tenured or a tenure-track appointment, for university positions). For EB1-EA (aliens of extraordinary ability) your record looks too thin. The awards you listed are all junior level and will not really count for EB1-EA. Your citation record for the moment is really low. Also, since you have not reviewed/refereed any papers or grants and have not served on any review panels, you do not pass the "having served as a judge of the work of others" criterion either.

I don't know much about EB2-NIW (national interest waiver), but it seems to me that you are unlikely to pass that either for now. So your best shot seems to be to go through the regular EB2 process, assuming your employer would be willing to sponsor an I-140 application and labor certification for you.
