My family is on a F4 immigration process, we applied in June,1992. I was 11 years old at that time and I'm 22 now. We have received our choice of agent form but only my parents got forms to fill out after that. We asked an agent company for help but they said i'm over-aged after calculation. I was born on Oct.8th, 1981.
Am I qualified for the CSPA? I saw a news online that my parents need to apply me with a new I-130 form after they get their green card in the U.S. Is that true?
Is it easier for me the get my status if I'm in America?
