I am an architect with 5-year bachelor degree (which is evaluated in USA) and 4y experience in USA and 3y experience in Europe where I am licensee architect. Am I qualified to file under PERM? (I am in the process of getting license in USA). Which category it would be and where I can find this information? Thanks.
