Am I qualified for EB2?

this is my profile:

1. get my h1b visa using my bachelor degree for firm A
2. 1 yr experience in firm A
3. transfer my h1b using my bachelor degree to firm B
4. get my master's degree while working with firm B

now i want to apply for green card, do I qualify for EB2?

You meet the requirement of advance degree. If you are talking about EB2 NIW, you need to meet three additional criteria - your field has intrinsic value, you made contribution to the field and your leaving has adverse effect. These have to do with your work and your achievment.
