Am I Out Of Status??

Hello friends,
My H1 visa expires on 1st March 2003. My company filed my extension application and the INS received on Feb 13th the same. I also have got the LIN #. Am I still in status or am I out of status. If I am in status , can I revalidate my visa at St. Louis?

Since you have already filed for the extension of the H1 you are fine and in status. You will get your new approval with the I-94 stub. You can apply at St. Louis for your Visa stamping once you get your approval in hand.
