Am i Left Behind

Hi All,

I have been reading this forum everyday since last year and a half. Like a daily coffee routine.

My details are as below.

RD: 03/22/2002
ND: 03/25/2002
FP: 03/22/2003

There is no status change in my message since May 28, 2003.

I realise that TSC is processing most of the cases that are having FP done March, April, June of 2003 (Since their FP should be expiring soon).

I have been optimistic till now. But since my case has not been touched since, and also my FP is about to expire in a month or so, i m feeling SAD that they havent looking into my case.

Can some one please throw some light in this situation what is expected with their expert knowledge.

My ND/RD is March 2002 as of today May 10 2004 I don't even have FP notice.
I have called the 1800 number and my lawyer has called and inquire but all INS responds is that it is still "normal" and I should not worry since they are now on Nov 2001.
I hope this makes you feel better and know that you are not alone.

Firstly, my heart goes to you. I can imagine being you since i have touched the same anxiety if not more.

We all are going through the same (more or less), just that our situations and positions are different.

I sincerely hope you move smoothly from here on and hope the same for all others.

It doesnot make me feel better to see others equally tensed, but yes, it makes a point here- I am not alone.

Certainly you are not left behind, my nd is 3/21/02, FP 5/14/03. Faxed twice about the expiration of FP.
Same message ever since 5.20.03. I can claim this messgage is the most read one in my whole life. Boring and sometimes frustrating and even praying is not helping a lot. Yet we still have to heal ourselves.
Maybe something will happen to our cases before next update of TSC processing time.

I believe your approval is around the corner because your FP (03/22/2003) is within the current approval range.

Hang in there and also make sure to follow wheresmygc's advice.

The idiots are processing Dec/Jan/Feb 03.... based on FP which is why it looks like a slowdown for Mar. 02 cases. This "normal" / Nov. 01 response for NCSC is just BS and CYA.

I believe your approval will come within a week because TSC is trying to avoid 2rd FP.
 
What you guys think about this

My ND -- is April 2002

And FP was done in December 2002.

Did not get the second FP.

Sent faxes.. No impact.

Do I have to do second FP or not ? If so, what should I do ?

Pl provide inputs.

they are processing nov 2001 and you are all in 2002. fp being there or not will not change that. If you would call they would say they are still processing nov 2001

Well i sent TSC the fax 2 days ago. No Change yet.

I am not sure why they are not touching my case at all.

Now they have the fax which requests them to look into my case as my FP is about to expire.

They havent even touched my case in 2 days. Maybe my Fax went to "Ignored" piles of Faxes.


Does anyone have idea if i could expect any response in due course (say a week or so), or when is a good time to follow up with another fax.

My FP expires within a month, so i have to do some thing ............

Or is there no hope, and waiting is only an option.

Once my FP will expire, i will again have to wait for second FP and all. Another 6 months?

Please advice Gurus
 
I think '02 filers should consider themselves lucky that their cases are being opened and even approved. There are a bunch of '01 filers still left - including me. My point is, until the official processing dates go beyond ND(+30 days), I wouldn't consider as anyone being "left behind".

That said, I would encourage everyone to do as much as they can to expedite their cases (no one else will...)
