My employer (a global financial institution) has extended me an offer in their New Jersey office to work in one of their 'global technology department'. I have been working with them in the gulf region for last 4 years (first 2 years as a contractor and the last 2 years as a direct employee), in one of the regional departments.
I am a Network engineer specialized in certain propreitary technology and with a lot of in-depth experience in the region w.r.t employer's standards and procedures. I am not sure if I can be eligible for L1-B as I don't understand what all does 'specialized knowledge' cover?
