I filed my I-140 NIW @VSC RD: 15th Sept 05. I have recieved multiple LUD since then. Couple of LUDs I can figure out is due to filing of I-485 and Biometrics but the the last 4 LUDs were on 12/2 12/3, 1/13, 1/14 without any msg change....What does it suggest??trouble!!! suggestions appreciated.

first and formost do not worry! LUD doesnot mean anything more than that they are touching and working on ur case. Soem officer chnage LUD everytime some don't ........If these are on I140 only and not on I485 then you might hear from them soon.

I even hear for some cases the LUD also changes for 140 even they have been approved, but I do not know what happened to their 140. Any big guy shares the opinions?
