Company filed I-140 and I-1485 RD 27 Dec 2004. ND Dec 27 2004. No PD on both forms. Both in EB3, Indian citizen.

Am i subject to the EB3 retrogression or did i just scrape by? Anyone know if Jan 1, 2005 is hard date and it wont go back further?
 
If your 485 is not returned, that means you are 'in' in the meaning that you will receive EAD and AP etc.
Will your application be processed and greencard be issued? Ask your dining room wall.
