Am I hopeless?

I and my husband, our RD is November 2001. He got the second FP in August, and RFE in October. His response of RFE was received by BCIS in November 07, the message said it is taking less than normal time to process the case, because the preliminary review has been completed.

The problem is I still didn't receive any notice of the 2 FP. Am I hopeless?

The waiting is so frustrating, can someone here tell me how I should do?

No need to worry. Because of RFE, I think that they have definitely started processing your case and approval will be within a few weeks. However, you may want to still go ahead and renew EAD, depending on how urgently you need it, because there are no guarantees with BCIS. IF you check the forum for those who have received RFE with your RD/ND, then they were approved promptly after RFE was processed.

Nov 2001 case still hanging

I think its better to wait for 2nd FP notice , it will come eventually so there is no need to worry at all. EAD renewal will be good option right now.

Regarding my case, I applied my 3rd EAD and it triggered 2nd RFE and after that I need to wait for 2nd FP notice so I dont see my approval before April/May next year. But every case differs, it may not apply to u. (not meant to scare)
