I work for a reputed consulting company on H1B and finished my current assignment.
My 485 is been pending for more than a year and 140 has been approved in 2004.
Have also got EAD.
My current employer is in the process of Laying me off.Mean While i have got a 2 year project
and need to work through a vendor company directly on W2(hourly based pay).
Can i work on EAD as a w2 contractor.This company is willing to give any kinda Employment letter for AC21 purpose.
So can i work as a contractor(horly based salary) for this Vendor as they are willing to provide an Employment
letter when ever needed saying i am a Permenent employee for them.
Is this Legal.Please guide me.
