I was there in US for 2 years then I came back to india to get it stamped again as immigration directed me to go to INDIA for stamping. Here in INDIA i was undergone a query for labour check. In recent call to embassy for status, i was told that it was nullified means better go for new H1. Now if i go for filing, Will it be a problem to get it stamped? Can anyone advise on this to me?
