I have been working in US since last one year on TN-1 visa, but now i am working on H1B visa. I have B.Sc degree (two years) and diploma in computer science (one year), i have 8 years of IT experience (software development) mostly in Canada and US. My question is, am i eligible to apply for LC using PERM process? would my Canadian Citizenship help me anyway in my process?
