Who gave your that evaluation ??

There is no wording in PERM. Everything straight forward. If your job requires Master in Physics, then Yes, you can filed EB2.

If your job require BS/MS in Computer, I just question about this.

I am working as a Data warehouse developer i.e, I am working with technology like Informatica, Oracle, Teradata, UNIX etc. And my job certainly not required Masters with Physics. I have a degree in Physics but working in computers.
So am i eligble for EB2?

Thanks for the input.

Hi msukid
In order to file EB2 the following should be met:
1. Position must require advanced degree
2. You must qualify for the position (have the advanced degree).
So if your job does not require advanced degree (MSC in physics in your case) - you may not file EB2.

EB2 or EB3

I am commerce graduate and NIIT diploma holder with experience about 13 years including more than 5 years in major technologies like java, oracle, weblogic, unix, window etc. Evaluation Report declares Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management Systems. can I go for EB2?
