Hello Friends, hope you all are doing well. Could you guys please tell me if I am eligible for an E2 visa? I'm a 49-year-old male from Pakistan and a retired teacher. Currently, I'm a real estate agent and an e-commerce entrepreneur. I own a Texas-based LLC for e-commerce. I'm thinking of starting a business in the USA, preferably in Texas or Florida. Do you guys think around $200000 in total amount with $50000 in cash is a 'Substantial Amount' for an E2 eligible business/franchise? Also, if you could please suggest an expert E2 visa Consultant?
