I am an H1B holder with i-140 approval. Due to a family emergency, I traveled back to India in June 2019 and in the same month my visa was about to expire. Since then I am in India. My previous employer filed my petition and got my visa stamped till Jan 2021 through in-person interview. Because of the pandemic situation and my family health issue I didn't utilize that visa. In the meantime I have changed my employer, Now my current US-based employer has filed my change of employer and it got approved. Based on the condition as described above and panda mic situation where consulate are closed , Should I be eligible for Dropbox or I'll have to go for an in-person interview. Please suggest which is the most suitable option for me. Your guidance will be highly appreciated.
