Am I eligible for Citizenship

as a refugee my I94 arrival date shows 2012 which the same date should show for residence from in my Green Card; however, my green card shows residence from 2014. Am I eligible to apply for citizenship? per my I94 I should be eligible . Is there any other form that I can submit along with N400 form to get approved?
 
You must have been a permanent resident (green card holder) for 5 years before you are eligible for naturalization. When you obtain permanent residence by Adjustment of Status from refugee status, you are given credit for 1 year, i.e. the 5 years starts 1 year before your AOS was approved. It does not start when you were originally given refugee status. So I am assuming your AOS was approved in 2015, and that's why your card says 2014. If so, you need to wait until 2019 before you can apply for naturalization.
