iam a Registered Respiratory Therapist from India, holding an Indian Bachelors degree in Respiratory therapy and an Associate degree(ASRT) from USA.a firm in US came forward to file me for H1b visa, but did not proceed further saying that im not eligeble for the same.can any one let me know if i am eligeble for greencard/work visa to work in US? and what is the procedure?
