AM I ELEGIBLE FOR E1-OR ? Please advise

Hello Please see my credentials

1) PH.D in Computer Science from INDIA
2) Post doctoral Research from CANADA
3) 4 years of Teaching/Research experience in University ( Mssters level) in INDIA
4) 7 publications in Journals ( Two foregin and 5 India)
5) One chapter in a Tata McGill Book (India)
6) Two references in publications of high repute ( in one papaer, my papers are referred more than 3 pages)
7) Two membership, including one nominted membership ( New york Academy of science)
8) At present working for an R&D of a Lucent Spinoff in USA

I am seeking a second opinion for filing in E1-OR . Please advice.

You should not have any problem for EB1-OR. But, find a good attorney ... presentation of your case is more important than your credentials. Make sure that the attorney has filed many EB1 cases successfully before. Ron Gotcher (who maintains imminfo.com website) seems to be quite knowledgeable. Also, Fragomen, Del Rey etc. in NY are also good.
