Hi,
I have done BDS from India but finished a 2 year advanced graduate studies program from Boston Univ . Am I eligible for the 20,000 H1b quota or not. This program awarded me an advanced graduate studies program diploma and not masters degree. Has anyone been in this situation before.

Hi Drmanpa,
I am in the same boat, my lawyer filed for the regular quota, but I have the same qualification as u r. But I still think i am eligible for 20000 quota. My lawyer says , the job should be the same for which u have done masters in order to qualify.
Did u already apply
Best of luck for all of us.
Hope INS was wrong in its initial numbers.
