Please advise:
I had H1 Visa starting Aug. - 2003 to March - 2005 while working in NJ. Then I moved to Hong kong for a work assignment and thus cancelled my H1. Now my employer wants to call me back after about 18 months. When he applies for my H1 visa does the H1 cap apply to me or am I considered H1 cap exempt since I had visa in the past 6yrs?
