Am I affecting by the Retrogression thing?

I am EB2 case, Lc is around 05/2002. 485 filed on 11/2003 but no approval yet. As most of you know, the date is now 01/29/2004. I don't know what happen to my case. Am I affecting by the Retrogression thing? Yes, I am from the 3 countries.

Anybody in the same boat?
 
EB-2 is not subject to it

I have the same situation, my receipt date was 11/19/03. Very likely we are stuck in the name check process.

We may need to set up a Nov 03 tracker like some other did for Oct and Dec.

I once called VSC long time ago and a lady told me that my FBI name check was done. So don't know what happen now.
