Am I affected with Retrogression???

I did concurrent filing of I-140 and 485 for EB3(India) category in during Sept 2004 based on a pre-approved labor(PD is somewhere in 2002).

Got an RFE on 140 for experience letters in June 2005, replied in July 2005, No response since then. My employer isn't giving me my 140 case# and so I don't have any information as what's happening.

But my question is, am I affected with retrogression? What are my chances of getting 485 approved?

I see many other applicants with concurrent filings before 1st Jan 2005 and their 140 and 485 are approved. I just hope I will be one among them. I know, its like being too optimistic.

Really...there is no posibility for that. Please let us know who's cases got approved

For User lc_needed and Bharad1 : Their PD was current so they got approved.
For user IPC302 : His ND was in July 2003 (You applied in end of 2004, dont compare with him)
Your case is no way comaprable with these guys. Moreover all of us are stuck in retrogression now. So our fate will decide the GC dates.
