Alternative Wage Survey

Hello All,

Did anyone of you use an alternative salary survey to get a revised prevailing wage from SWA?

I recently receicved PWD which is 16K more than my current salary. Therefore I want to use a wage survey and request SWA (California) to reduce my wages.

Your help is appreciated.

I did. Just make sure the survey you use is for the right MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area, I think) and your position is covered and well described.

I'm an engineer and used the National Society of Professional Engineer's survey.
