I want to use an alternate salary survey. However this survey gives only the national median salary instead of the location mean salary. Will this alternate salary survey be accepted? Is there any sound justification for using such an alternate survey?
I think I have the same problem. The TX SESA sent my LC to Regional Officer for a final determination on prevailing wage issue. My Attorney did use a region mean survey (Radford), SESA didn't accept it. Just waiting to see what RO decides.
