Is there any one for whom it (the time) has already been more than what is stated as the maximum processing time in their receipt notice ?
(For example if your notice said 60-X days ... has it already been more than that X days since you submitted your I-140) ?

Please reply with some information - that will help us all.

For my case, the receipt notice said
it takes 90-120 days. It has been only 70 days or so, so far since that.

yes, it's normal

These days I-140 are really fast (in relative terms). I see many cases being approved in 35 to 90 days (i.e. shorter than 90+ days mentioned by INS). However, I've also seen quite a few cases which were not approved for more 3-4 months. One was rejected after 3 months.

Be patient. You are about to get it.

I do not recall anything in the recent past that has been cleared in 35 days. It has slowed down considerably for no apparent reason. Also more irritating is that there is no predictable pattern. I was shocked to see a Jan 29 approval recently. Even now we have quite a few waiting from MArch and maybe Feb also. It is relatively easier waiting while one is in May lot as atleast no one beyond those dates has got it but when you are in March or Feb pool, what do you do when so many have gotten it in 30-50 days and April guys have started to get their applications cleared.. I thought labor stage was better atleast they were very consistent about doing things in sequence....
