Dear Mr. Khanna,
I am on Fi visa now(my 6 year limit is expired). I applied for the GC and
labor is cleared and is more that 365 days. Now I140 is in process. Can the new bill be helpul for me so that I can get a new H1 so that I can convert fronm F1 to H1?
