I had my FP last year in January.
My RD is Aug 01
ND Sept 01

what do I need to do now? How do I contact whom for another FP notice? When should I contact them? Thanks.

Try calling the NCSC and talk to get to a Tier2 person and see if they will send a FP reschedule. Please post your experiences.
 
How do you talk to a tier2 person??

I am in a similar situation. FP (08/2002) already expired.

I have written to the tsc per Gkhans suggestion, but nothing happened.

tr22 -- when we call the ncsc number how does one ask for a tier2 rep??

From what I have seen in the forum, folks have specifically requested to talk to a Tier 2 rep. Some have been lucky to get through, others get a we will get your details and will mail it in to get a reply.
 
hmcis you should get approved before then.

Hi, My instinct is that you will not have to de repeat FP. Hope you can get approved in the next month or so.

Did you contact your lawyer or customer service for FP expiring? I also did my FP in 1/03.

Is there anybody else waiting who did their FPs in 12/02 or 1/03?

I did my FP on 01/02/2003 and online got updated on 01/08/2003. I mailed and faxed TSC about my FP expiry (in 3 more months). No reply (as expected).
 
I did my FP in Nov 2002. Which will be expiring on Feb 15th 2004.
I contacted my attorney. He said he will contact TSC thru AILA Liason and try to see what they can do like (Expediate or re issue FP)

Hopeful0820 - I faxed the letter (number given below) around 10 a.m. and was successful the 1st attempt itself! Then I mailed that same letter to the address given below.
