The First mistake in Question Number #3 in DSP-122
He asked me about my mailing address and I typed my email address.

The Second mistake in Question Number #10 and#11 in Ds-230 belongs to my wife, my child and me
That I forgot to mention the name of the person who lives in the permanent address I typed.

The Third mistake in Question Number#34 in DS-230 belongs me about Dates of services.
I sent correction by email to correct the date of services
From this (04-19-2009 to 10-31-2011) to that (04-19-2009 to 10-01-2011).
But, I think I made another mistake that:
The Military Services Certificate indicates only the duration of the obligatory services and if this person was a reserve officer he must continue in the army to finish his reserve duration about 15 months after the date of finishing his obligatory services and he can't be demobilized from the army until he finish this reserve duration and this reserve services don’t be indicated in the Military Services Certificate so I sent the first correction by email with the date (04-19-2009 to 10-01-2011) counting the reserve duration.
But, I think the question needs me to mention the duration of the obligatory services that indicated in the Military services certificate.

The Fourth mistake in Question Number#18 in DS-230 belongs to my wife and me
I typed the date when we married in the church (church ceremony) but the date of the Marriage Certificate was about one week after the church ceremony.

The fifth mistake in Question Number#43b in Ds-230 belongs to my wife, my child and me that
I choose NO
But, I need the Social Security Administration to assign me a SSN and issue a card.

I called KCC about the mistakes and they told me to send the corrected forms (just the paper that contain mistake from the forms)with notes about correction by mail to KCC and send email to KCC. So, I'll mail the corrected forms with the notes about my mistakes and its corrections to replace the ones with mistakes.
I sent four of the fifth mistakes before to KCC by email and the third mistake that I corrected it before by email. I correct it again with another answer (another date) and I explain the reason.

KCC people don't have the authority to make changes to your forms or your case file. They simply receive corrections from an applicant and attach them with applicant's case file. After the applicant's case number becomes current, they send the case file to the Embassy where the applicant is having his/her interview. So, when you face the consular officer during your interview, you will find your forms as well as those corrections on the table in front of the consular officer. This is exactly what happened in my case, I had sent some corrections to KCC via email, and I found that email of mine in front of the consular officer during my interview. So, don't worry you have sent all the corrections to KCC, so everything is all right now. Just wait for your interview. Best of luck!!!

We had a mistake on my husband's DS230 - we only found out later, when we got his unabridged birth certificate, that his father's first name was different than we had been told! We sent an email to KCC who told us to mail the consulate as the file had already been sent on; the CO just corrected the form in the interview before he signed it.

So,according to your experience i think you can change any data in the forms before or in the time of interview without causing disqualification
Right?

Well, I'm not sure about any data ... I guess it depends what it is/why you had it wrong/if you deliberately lied, etc. for something that is minor and wouldn't affect your validity, my answer would be yes. If you lied about marital status, or a prison record or something like that I'm sure it wouldn't be quite so easy! But for the ones you put above, I'm sure it would be fine.

look at my mistakes and tell me your expectation
