ALL whose CASE was pre adjuducated:: LUD 1/1/07

Hi Guys,
Sometime ago I saw a thread which had all people with LUD of 8/19/06. I think my LUD also stucked at 8/19/06 but it also changed on 1/1/07 with no message change.
Today I talked to IO & was told that my case preadjuducated in last august & was waiting for visa numbers. He told me to wait. Then I called NSC again & was told by a nice lady that "your case is lying where it can be picked up an officer".
Do we know how many preadjuducated cases are approved so far?? Does this "preadjuducation" really helps???

Are you sure ? Those who have "Freezed" LUD on 8/19/06 are pre-adjudicated?

I had LUD on 8/19, however NO LUD on 1/1/7...wondering how far I am ...!!!

I saw one guy getting approved today whose LUD was 08/19. I think he was either 485Deal or "humhongeKamyaab".

Do u know if ur case is preadjuducated??

retro_victim is in for approval anytime now.the 1/1/07 lud was for your fp.your fp is now current.

i am also 8/19 vicitm, got lud 6/12 and got fp #5 today for code 1.

hopefully this will be the last fp.

Thanks for giving me the hope... Lately I've lost all hope.. I don't know where is my case stuck.

I think I made a mistake of opening the serivice request on May 22. They replied saying "visa not available". Now I can't open for another for next 60 days..

Whats ur latest status?? Did u check with NSC or IO for latest update?? Has ur LUD changed after FP?


Do u think another SR will help or it'll come on its own?

Io also told me that NSC is processing RD June 2003 applications & I have to wait for 2-3 months as my RD is Oct 03...

Only I am relating my case with yours for 8/19 LUD....
