All WAC03's time to give back

I see WAC03's are less in participation in project ocean activities.
Either they are happy to recieve RFE's FP's or they are hoping to ride their luck. If this is the thought process this is normal but it is time to give back to our fellow WAC02's and Join various OCEAN campaigns.
Project OCEAN campaigns are means to put a collective effort, that does not mandate anyone to use a particular letter. use your own letters and email DON neufield. It is because of WAC02 participant efforts WAC03 are getting the fruits.
Help our comrades:mad:

i have seen no fruit yet, my friend.... but thanks for fighting for us. btw who said that we are less enthuciastic than the 02 cases ? atleast u have some hope of getting soon. we dont have a hope yet. if there is nothing to fight against, why even bother banging our head on the USCIS door ?

desi_boston,

Because if we don't bang our heads on the door, it will NEVER open. Only if we do something now can we reap the benefits later. Leave the results for when they come, for now do what you can do, and you think is right.

Here is a very interesting quote from World War II times that holds true in this case:
In Germany, they first came for the communists and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a communist," said the Rev. Martin Niemöller. "Then they came for the Jews and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the Catholics. I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak up."

I am WAC03158-xxxxx even after you.
I am not saying i am doing much but increasing WAC03 participants will surely help the cause.

According to Project Kashmir,
the CSC wants to increase the approval rate up to 5% for Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, and Dec 2002,
and those lucky guys have been already selected in the middle of March.

Kashmir,
Is there a basis for the 5% number? Or is it just guess work from data you have collected?
ND022202 taught me about "earlybirds" maybe at fhe first thread of Project Kashmir several months ago.
I will post all latest data once we can see some progress at Project Ocean campaigns.

I think you can confirm it with the previous weekend reports.

If you are one of unluckly 95% of EARLY WAC03 applicants,
you would have to see another "earlybirds" such as lucky 5% of MIDDLE or LATE WAC03 or even WAC04 applicants.

If the process is fast enough, these "earlybirds" should be no problem,
however, with such a slow process, it delays processing old cases further a half or one month.
