Following is the text of the email I have sent to
Email Subject: Cases stuck in Chicago PLC
Email Text:
There seems no sight of Approval for the cases stuck in the Chicago PLC, for more than 60 days.
Many of the cases has no duplicates in the PERM System, neither do they have previous filing pending in BEC(RIR/Regular).
This seems quite unfair, since many of the cases filed with the Atlanta PLC are getting approved quickly, and from many online forums, Atlanta PLC as approved cases as latest as 1st week of August.
This all creates a lot of confusion as what the DOL is trying to achive with this new system ?. Is this another nightmare for the Immigration system ?
Please let us know what DOL is upto ??
Thanks
If you guys can join me in doing the same, may be we can get some explaination.
Best of luck.
