I just checked today issue with my Employment letter ..it is Notarised there is notary seal,name and signature also there is date of her expiry date..but there is no Date mentioned by her that she has notarized on this date .. the only date on the letter is
the date by the employer 4th march ...is that an issue....
 
Notary need not sign...because

your HR rep or employer rep signs in front of the notary. As long as the seal has a valid expiration date, you need not worry. The notary signs next to his/her seal but may not put the date. I-134, on the other hand, has a specific place for the notary to put the date . plus the wording is something like "Sworn to me before XX day of [month], 200x" so it is assumed that notarization took place on this date.

Shri Ganesh is right make sure your notarized document reads that it was notarized on something like "Sworn to me this the XX day of XX month, 2002". With out the dated words notarization has no meaning.

Do not take chances with the notarized employment letter it is the most important document you submit when applying for employment based immigration. Hope this helps.
 
Thanks Guys,,I think there is some misunderstanding here ..clarification...

The Issue here is i have a notarized letter with the stamp of notary which has expiration date of the notary but it dosent have the date which is the date when the letter got notarized...like what we have in I134 ..which has sworn on the following date...is that an issue..
