Hi Guys,

First of all Congratulations!!!!

Have a question to you all folks.

What did the AVM said when you ever checked your case status prior to getting your approvals. I mean which date was mentioned by AVM.

Was it your RD date or ND told to you when you heard your status initially.

Reason for asking this is that my RD is 10/26 ND is 12/03 and some of my friends say that it is ND by which processing happens and so wanted to confirm with the successful heroes.

I believe

that it is based on ND but with IIO always refering to RD I too get confused. Being as I am I take the RD
 
Prior to approval...

In my case, AVM mentions FP review results date. ("processing resumed, blah blah blah")

I don't remember exactly as the last 7 months, the message went something like - "On Jan 18, 2002, we received the results of your finger print and processing has resumed on this case....blah, blah......

If I remember correctly before the above it went kinda like - "Your I-485, application to adjust to permanent resident status was received on November 14 (ND. RD was 9/19). It is taking between 365-540 days to process this kind of case blah blah".

So even though I've heard from different quarters about processing being based on ND, in my case, it has been the RD.
