11/26/2001 06/24/2002 8/1/2002 waiting

Guys, weird thing is that the AVM is responding as certified on July 18th,2002 even before we send the RFE but havent received any paperwork yet. My attorney is also confused abt this.

Congratulations and good luck. How many for the hard copy to arrive and how many days for the attorney to know the status after AVM was updated
 
NOF

PD 02/01/02 RIR EB2

Case forwarded to ATL DOL on 08/12/02

Heard on AVM that NOF has been issued on 09/04/02 have to reply before 10/09/02

Still l do not know the reason for NOF. I would like to know if anyone has gone thro' this situation and how to find out the reason for NOF.

Hi Everybody,

As I mentioned in my previous posts my case got a query from SESA asking for additional recruitment details for the 6months period before Sep '20 - 2001 when my case was filed.

Looks like the company has only info regarding job posting on compnay web-site .

Attorney is also under doubt whether that information will be sufficient to satisfy the EDD officer.

The following otptions are left for me.

1) send the information what we have and see if it goes thru. If it goes thru fine otherwise it will go to non-RIR.

2) withdraw and apply in RIR after enough advertisement after 6m or so.

Will Appreciate your ideas ASAP before attorney replies to the query.

If it is non-RIR , how long its going to take to get clearance from SESA and DOL?

Suryam, i went through the same..

applied with job ads on company website,
case got approved same day at SESA, Eb2-RiR,

but i heard , applications which get NOFs at SESA are MORE
likely to be scrutinzed at DOL not sure though?

RIR or Not RIR at Atlanta DOL

Hello,




I got a query for Job Ads from NC SESA,my lawyer submitted the required documents
and application was forwarded to Atlanta DOL from NC SESA recently. Application
went in RIR processing time.

I was wondering
1)if my chances are high for a query or NOF or RFE or Denial at Atlanta DOL
2) what are chances for moving back to NON RIR at Altanta
