All documents requested by RFI. Is "Proof of Birth Date" needed?

Other than the Form I-693, Supplemental Form to I-693 and G-325A, what else are requested by RFI? Is "Proof of Birth Date" needed? (I saw it in Mr.Wantmygcnow's signature)

That was in my case alone I think. THere were some inconsistencies in my DOB..my DOB is September 04 (09/04) but I think when I filled the application I had put (04/09 - the way the rest of the world uses dates)...
