BCIS is doing nothing, they are bunch of bozooosss. It's more than 2 months they recieved the RFE response and my FP1 already expired in Aug, 2003, still nothing.

Same here, according to online they recd RFE response on Aug 18th 2003. Both my wife's and my FP1 expired in Aug, still no word no nothing. Called 800 # 3 times, nothing. One of the 2nd tier guy told me he would initiate an inquiry. This happened in August. Again as usual nothing. I am with the same company since I started my GC. Applied for our 3rd EADs. Screw this idiots...
Sorry to vent out...Not sure where to go from here.

Does anyone know if FP2 is really required for approval. Has anyone got approved though their FP1 got expired and without doing FP2?

Nothing after that, filed for 3rd AP and EAD , and even AP its nearly 3 months so planning to go to Newark to get it.
Cancelled one program to India in November as was not urgent and was waiting for RFE, now next plan is in March end, hope they approve my AP by them.

They are nothing but complete jerks- they need to know what dates as processing in order means.

No online update. same old story. called couple of times, but no use. Response is currently we r processing Jan 2002 cases.

What the hell they r doing? processing Jan 2002 cases from months and months.

Just to let you guys know, that i have contacted Congressman but didn't hear anything from them.

I did change the company and address, which generated the RFE. Already got my 2nd EAD approved, but no sign of 485 approval.

Really pissed off.
