He charged me $765.00 for my family and gave necessary immunizations
and conducted tests. But in the reports he intentionally didn't check two results for which INS asked to endorse the results again.
The results of a serologic test(s) for HIV antibody and/or syphilis.
When I went to him for the endorsement he gave my wife another round of immunization vaccines and
charged another $165 though it is not required.
I strongly believe that he indulged in Medicare malpractice also.
Be careful while choosing INS certified Physician.
