All 2000 applicants should call 1800 number now

If you are a 2000 applicant. Call the USCIS number as much as you can. Now they can process your referral. If they ask you to call back in 90 days, tell them you were told the same 90 days ago. They have no clue when the dates were changed..so I suggest you guys call them so at least you can wake up the officer who is working on your case.
 
Do you recommand the same thing to me?

Actullly I called them in Dec. 2005 and the filed an enquiry on my case and I recived an email which says I have to call them in 90 days If I did not got anything,
Any idea?
 
Want how about ND- Jan 2001. I did my BIO 1 on Jan 7 2006. Should i call USCIS also? You have any idea how much time USCIS take after BIO 1 for final decision.Thanks for your Help.

you good man ..but is not gonna work .
far as I know nobody solve his problem by calling 1800number.
I do suggest that people write to the congressman every 3 months. :rolleyes:

Deat Want:

I called twice. The first time they told me to wait till Jan.15 as I did code 1 on Nov.15, they told me definitely i can get my G/C before Jan.15. The second time, I did call them on Jan16, they will make an inquire for my case, i could get a letter about the inquire within 30 days. Now I am waiting for that dear letter.

Ok good job..that letter will ask the officer as to what he is doing and let you know.

you know calling 1800number is not gonna work. :rolleyes:
 
I still as WANT has been saying, urge all the people which USCIS website has passed their processing time (Out of processing time) to call 1-800.
I just feel that they may BUZZ over your case on the officers computer or some like that.
