All 140& 485 go to NSC? or depends?

Hello Everyone,

I have been reading lots of info regarding the notice-date as well as 140 & 485 in NSC and TSC.

From my understanding, we should file 140&485 with NSC, but I still see some people file these 2 forms with TSC.
Anyone know why?

how long is the I485 takin thses days in nsc? the offical timeline says around 11 months(sep 30 2005) is that realistic or a very conservative?
 
My apps for I-485 also went to NSC. I am not happy. :mad:

I have been checking the processing dates in NSC and the processing dates for I-485 moved back by two months. Can you beleive this? It was in Nov 2005 on Aug 8th and on Aug28th news, it pushed back to Sep 2005. God damn it.

Who else is actively watching it.
